I'm not convinced this will do what I want, but am willing to try it. I've 
found and downloaded the relevant zip - but how do I install it?
The documentation I find says to use the "Fetch plugins" functionality for 
installing, but that requires an internet connection which the QGIS 
machine doesn't have. Are there manual install instructions?
