When I do a join in 1.9.0-Master 80c9199 the columns from an external joined
file will get names like Filename_Attributename where Attributename is the
name from the file Filename.

This is quite fine but when I choose to save my join as a new shapefile
(where only 10 characters are allowed for attribute names) I end up with
very hard to understand attribute names like this:

Is there any way to avoid this?
