Hi all, and thanks for the replies.

Maybe I am not explained correctly what I want.

I don't want secure the acces to the qgis-web-client. I want secure the acces to the qgis wfs server when I connect to the map exported using qgis desktop.

The situation is this:

I can't acces directrly from qgis desktop (local) to postgresql database (remote) due the connexion conditions. For solve this, I create a qgis project (mymap.qgs) in the remote server that access directly to the database, and connect to this file with a wfs service (in my local qgis desktop I load a wfs layer from mymap.qgs with the data).

This configuration increase the speed in connexion (load wfs remote layer is more fast than load remote postgres layer) but has the problem that someone can connect to the wfs server and edit the data. Is this wfs connection what I want protect.

Now I am testing things about URL rewriting acconding comments from Andreas Newman.

About Lizmap, I tested this web client time ago and I don't know if can do what I want. I will test :-)

I tested basic protection whit .htaccess file in the directory. This require
user/password for access with a browser but defining a wfs server like
http://my_host/cgi-bin/qgis_mapserv.fcgi?map=/var/www/Test01/mymap.qgs in qgis
desktop can acces without restrictions to the map file.
NB: LizMap has an embedded mechanism for this, with a web GUI to administer
permissions.
All the best.
