How does 3d point data function? Are symbols 3d compatible? Can symbol
orientation accept elevation as well as azimuth information?
For example, can a single point datum contain information to "point" in
a certain direction like an astronomer's telescope following a star in
the sky and the process of following the star be animated in Time Manager?
