Right click on your vector file. Go to Properties -> Rendering ->
Turn off simplify Geometry.
It appears to be an issue with the way QGIS is handling that
projection.

it's not Crashing - BUT - it did when applying an SVG style
at 2.14.0 and 2.14.1 - but I think that issue is fixed now
(or it has stopped for me).

My QGIS installation begun to fail since I've updated to
2.14.3. It closes unexpectedly. I have not found a
patron, sometimes it's in a zoom, changing style, trying
to open a layer, etc.
Someone has similar trouble?
Before update, all was fine. Is it something in new
packets? Perhaps it's a plugin?. Compiz effects?
Ubuntu's classic desktop?
Please if some has an idea, it's welcome.
