Hi, Just tested it and it doesn't seem to work with QuickMapService. It does work if you connect through WMTS (WMS/WMTS connection). QuickMapServices is a different technology and doesn't seem to support the tile scale panel yet. Of course you need a tiled layer loaded in the project in order to enable it.
