Hi Bo,

first - thank you for pointing us to your great instructions. I have another 
question about this. I often have the problem, that on a fresh Windows 
installation the Microsoft C++ Redistributable environment lacks. Does your 
setup routine consider this? And will the environment be possibly automatically 
post-installed?
