In QGIS 2.18.0, when I rotate a rectangle, the shape changes. If it's a
horizontal rectangle, when it's rotated vertical, the width is cut in
half and it's twice as long. When it's rotated to an angle in between
horizontal or vertical, the shape changes to a parellelogram. But if I
rotate it to it's original position, the shape returns to normal.
Something is wrong with the math in this tool (Rotate Feature(s)).
