On my laptop using Linux Kubuntu 18.04 Bionic LTS and Firefox Browser 62.0b12
(64-bit), I was on Youtube.com following this Video: "Qgis, loading a base map
with the open layers plugin". I am new to QGIS and trying to learn as a newbie.
The video was showing me how to load a Base Map from the Internet, yet I could
not get my QGIS program, Menu, Plugins, Openlayers Plugin to load or download
and install. Here is the Error I got: "The plugin is broken. Python said: Can
not import name QtWebKit...?
