Martin, I had the same problem. I assume that you are using the OSGEO installer and also have RStudio installed. See https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/641and https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/38845 I don't use RStufdio often so what fixed it for me was to change the Rstudio folder to RStudioX. -Bas
