Just to understand, why this path has been defined in the installations
of the "QGIS with GRASS" packages? Is there any relation between
"RStudio" and "QGIS with GRASS"?

qgis-bin-g7.env (for QGIS 3.14) which is in your %OSGEO4W_ROOT%\bin folder.
