so, maybe you should really drop all unneccessary fields or maybe all but an id field, and then create a relation to the original database, but in any case I would convert that stuff away from ESRI-Shape to Geopackage beforehand, as is it is a pita.

dbf file itself is 5.1GB. Rest all other files are less than 500MB. It is the number of records which is huge. It has about 117,2100 points.
