Richard I already did what you suggested me and I got a new QGIS3 folder and I am not getting the message related to qgis-ltr-bin.exe.
But now I have a new issue, I get this message: "Update of view in private qgis.db failed. Disk I/O error. Could you help me to solve this one? Thanking in advance.
