Something seems wrong with your data. The z elevation is 4736 km which is a bit high for terrestrial mapping applications.

Hi Kirk,
the data is not wrong. The "Z" value doesn't represent an elevation above the ellipsoid / geoid. X, Y, Z values in a geocentric CRS represent coordinates in a 3D Cartesian space Earth centred, so they are distances from the Earth centre.
