The ReST Entity API should support that one can retrieve all instances of a
particular entity type. The URL for this should be /entity/{type}
This does not support PUT and DELETE operations.
I suggest the following format;
<entities>
<entity>{entity-ref}</entity>
<entity>{entity-ref}</entity>
<entity>{entity-ref}</entity>
</entities>
