I think we need to discuss (heavily) what the role of Transactions are. My initial GutFeeling is; "None for EntityStores" but that Qi4j itself may need to support being part of transactions (both in-jvm and via JTS) since it may be part of a larger system. However, if that is the case, it sounds dangerous if the EntityStores make additional assumptions around transactions. So, again, probably need a lot of discussions...
