Yea, I know, we're about to refresh of our web site Real Soon Now(tm).
We're in an early stage business wise -- the company is young and
while we have a number of commercial customers, we haven't yet
released a "broad offering" to "the market place." I expect that to
change over the next 3 months as we're now getting more interest over
the wire than ever before.

But we're fairly robust technically. We've worked on the software for
7 years and it was spun out of another company where it's been in
production since late summer 2003 (so almost 5 years now). To answer
your questions:

   a) it certainly is for sale, please contact me off-list and I'd be
more than happy to discuss it. I'm sorry our info on the web site
isn't better: We're working on it. :)

   b) it certainly has been in business critical production for more
than 4 years now in one case and for slightly more than a year in a
number of other (12-15) deployments.

Thanks for your interest!

Cheers,
