I have brought down the number to about 40 failing ones. ~20-25 of those are probably the same bug, and I suspect (not checked it yet) that it is an SideEffect issue, as it is strongly manifested in the RDF Indexer extension. I think we also need to move a bunch of classes from runtime into SPI, but I have not looked at the details yet, but ModelVisitor, Application, ApplicationModel and what not.
