Hi,
You register FilterDispatcherService as a ServiceComposite, and it
extends the Filter class. The rules for all composites are that ALL
methods must be provided by a backing Mixin.
The providedBy() is not to allow "anything" to be pretended to be a
ServiceComposite, but if there are special setup requirements.
