Ok, so rather than use the providedBy() method I made the
FilterDispatcher a Mixin for the FilterDispatcherService and it seems to
be working (though now I have other problems I need to investigate). Is
the petstore web example not being maintained or has it just fallen
behind with all the refactoring that has gone on lately?
