It Seems there is a Crucible plugin, Fisheye does not support GIT yet, http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-337, Bamboo has some experimental support, http://slnc.me/bamboo-git-plugin/, but overall, it feels Atlassian is not yet ready for GIT-prime time. Will dig a bit more ...
