For myself I've given up. I tried porting Streamflow to OSGi, and it didn't work out. We had problems with packaging (Maven), deployment (Glassfish hangs), and 3rd party libraries (classloading, threadlocals, statics, etc. that screw things up). Also Glassfish doesn't have any decent admin tools for OSGi. So we quit, and now we do plugins through REST SPI's instead, which works fine, and is more flexible actually, for our usecase.
