Support JodaTime natively in the toJSON() system.

                 Key: QI-341
                 URL: http://issues.ops4j.org/browse/QI-341
             Project: Qi4j
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 1.2
            Reporter: Niclas Hedhman

Using java.util.Date is generally a bad practice. JodaTime is the current
strong contender for good time handling, and I think we should support
serialization from/to JodaTime and some specified JSON level format, for
instance ISO-8601 in the write case and perhaps a bit more flexible on the read
case.

Alternatively, we need to make this serialization mechanism pluggable, so that
one can add new types to be supported.
