I have moved the 'develop' ref to the v2.0 branch...
By not trying to attempt a merge, this was very simple;
git checkout develop
git reset --hard v2.0
in each of the repositories, then force the push
git push -f origin develop
So, from now on we will stop using the v2.0 branch and carry on in
the
'develop' as usual. I will over time move the work in the 1.4 over to
2.0, such as NamedAssocs.
Right now the 'develop' branch is fairly buggy, and I am fixing up
many small problems. Stay tuned.

Keep us informed regarding when we can push changes in develop
again without disturbing your work.
