Exactly which changes are we talking about? The main missing piece is
NamedAssocation. I only recall that and some smaller bug fixes being
added after the 2.0 fork was made.

* cfx: CXF version update + changes fixing tests
* fileconfig: Added FileConfigurationOverride
* scheduler: Minor assembly helpers
* various: impact of changes in core/extensions
* extensions
* cache-ehcache: configuration fixes
* entitystore-file: javadocs
* entitystore-sql & indexing-sql: major fix for derby support
* entitystore-hazelcast: configuration enhancements at least
* various: impact of changes in core/extensions
I would like to give a try and merge the other changes using a topic
branch but
I'll be more confident if you take a quick look at the git history to
see if I
missed something important in this list.
