Ok, I get it - loss of followers if trying to transition to GG. Not everyone has a google account or want the hassle of joining a new group.
One could argue that if we should make a transition any time in the future, now could be a good time. Before version 2.0 and a new documentation system takes Qi4j out to a wider audience. The more peoble interested, the harder the transition will be... To me the compelling reason is for Qi4j discussions to be up-to-date in a browser too (and I personally like the Google format much better) - but I can live with a slow Nabble :-) I'll then count on mails only from now on.
