Window sizes can be altered in one pixel steps in the y-direction but the minimum step size for the x-direction is two pixels - a feature inherited from the old QL display hardware design, I think. Easymen cannot handle resizable windows. I normally disassemble a menu definition made with Easymen using Easyasm or DISA and add the scaling flags (see your Qptr manual) by hand.
