The question is, exactly what CGYWN packages need to be downloaded for 
UQLX-win32.  I've heard "Base and X" but the packages listed on the CGWYN 
web sites don't list "base" or "X" but list a bunch that have X in them.  
If anyone figures it out, let me know as I want to try UQLX-win32.  I'm 
now playing with UQLX for Linux.
