TK2 copyright will not expire until at least 2010 (I believe that it was made available in 1985) however IIRC TK2 has been released to the public by TT... Of course I may be wrong on the latter. (TT?)
IIRC the TK2 version that is on Dylwin's emulators CDROM is OK to use with emulators. I had asked this TT and Jochen, but Dylwin should know better.
