The command WMOV is part of Easy Pointer, in the file EASYPTR_CDE
Not sure if Easy pointer is PD or still commerical.

the move-window icon appears and you can drag window #4 across the screen
I get unknown procedure for wmov.
What I realy want is a sbasic command window that I can move around just like a xterm.
