It is possible to compile some EasyPtr programs with Turbo. I have done it. However, there is a big restriction and that is that Turbo cannot compile EasyPtr programs that contain Application Window Menus.
I forget the technical point now, but is similar to the fact that you can compile a simple RESTORE command in Turbo, but not a RESTORE with a variable. (I.e. RESTORE 1000 is possible , but not RESTORE 1000+x). George once explained the reason for this, but I don't really understand it.
The bad news is that there is unlikely to be a way of fixing it,
