Michael,

Put SER2hr or the comms port in the Other Dev in the preferences menu in 
QTPI.

Set the baud rate in SBASIC, then you will have a high speed comms port 
through QTPI.

Actually the Other Dev box in QTPI overides the SER1/2 in the Preferences 
menu. If you had a normal QL with Superhermes, then the SER3 port is defined 
there.

All in the QTPI manual.
