Once it's failed to read a disk, that's it, there's no way of getting the drive to work except by resetting the entire machine. As long as the first disk inserted is HD and all subsequent disks inserted are also HD, fine. As soon as a DD disk is used and a Not Found occurs, that's it, dead floppy drive for the rest fo the session.
Another probably unrelated problem has arisen with the Aurora (or possibly the SuperHermes Lite). The cursor now flashes extremely fast and auto repeat is uncontrollable (all operating systems, not just SMSQ/E 3.13), effectively making the keyboard unusable. I could probably poke other auto repeat values, althoughit'd be very hard to set them up in the first place. Any suggestions, Tony? This is turning out to be a bit of a disaster as the MinisQL is needed for something I'm working on. -- Dilwyn Jones _______________________________________________ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.q-v-d.demon.co.uk/smsqe.htm
