There are all sorts of Welsh add-ons for Windows and its applications.
Trouble is, they tend to be expensive as they are for a small market. If anyone wants to translate the odd comment in Welsh there's a free if rather basic Welsh/English lexicon on my website. Or, alternatively, ask Norman Dunbar.
