There already IS an independent QL wiki at 
http://pc75666.math.cwu.edu/~montgomery/sigmaaql/_wiki/index.php/ ;-)

The present scheme has attracted much attention and some support. Even 
on so frivolous a pretext as novelty, it can only be a good thing if it 
leads to a lasting record. I support the effort, although it may take a 
while for me to muster sufficient conceit to add my two-penn'th ;-)

As long as theyre linked it doesnt matter to me where a QL wiki appears. 
They could always be merged at any time in the future..
