Situation normal

It is you and your PC that are registered. A single entry, perfectly logical.

In the registry - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Q-emuLator\User
lies the code & user name

You can run it from any place on the one PC, I expect more than one instance.
But the advantage of the stick is you can plug into any machine providing 
you bring the code with you.

Hardly QemuLator's problem, you are wanting to start it before setting the 
configeration.

I move to other PCs, might have more HDD/partitions or other things in USB, 
I keep more than one config file

I had no luck getting the right files or setting it up.
