I have not intended to criticise or patronise or insult or anything else.
I was just saying what I had experienced.
I am sorry if you have read something else into the raw text.
Most times I write in QL Users group I am in a rush to leave the house
- I am re-building a property in Leighton Buzzard.
I simply don't have time to try to work out whether anything will offend
anyone.
Take it from me that *nothing* I have ever written in the mailing lists
including the BBS, except one (Falkenburg), have been written with any
intent to offend.
I think I had better withdraw and not say anything more in the future
(8-)# (See the smiley - that is as near as text can get to the real
world isn't it!).
I am far too busy anyway for anything much other than
building/programming work and my leisure activities. The QL will get
little of my attention in the foreseeable future.
