I have all my email systems, including work, plus the 1 and 1 webmail system configured to send everything in plain text. It is the standard after all. Up until David's report of problems, I've had absolutely no problems sending or receiving mails from the web inteface to anyone I know. The idiots refuse to even *consider* that they are doing > anything worng. Yes, I get a few of those at work, not from TomTom. They come in as attachments and the main email itself is totally blank.
