Luckily, I wasnt suggesting anything of the kind ;o)  I only set the outline to 
the whole screen during the *interactive* process of changing the size. 
Obviously, you dont want to be picking other programs at the same time as doing 
that! Once youre done, the outline is set to the actual size. Had you tried it, 
you would have seen what I mean.

Prowess is an alternative window manager. We were discussing an idea for 
simulating outline dragging in Wman.
