Actually it's more of a replacement for WMAN and as such I don't think
so. Actually I'm 99,9% sure, bit it's been a long time for me, too.

All in all WMAN is just a collection of routines running in user mode
that make managing windows easier (perhaps that's why it's called
"Window Manager"? :-)). Think of it as a programming library. This
means that WMAN can't really do anything the application couldn't
already do anyway.

All the real "magic" is happening inside "PTR_GEN" (or CON2 or GD2 or
whatever you want to call it nowadays). This is the part that makes or
breaks every feature.
