I have added a program, OUTL, to my website to illustrate resizing of
a PE window by dragging its outline.
There are also two further changes.
1. UCONFIG, which produces config blocks for S*BASIC, C and Assembler,
now gives a correct label for Assembler strings.
2. SETW, which produces window definitions for S*BASIC, C and
Assembler programs, now sets the correct pointers for user sprites.
