It is certainly true that if blk_bin is not found, QMON stops with
ill.ins at address 000000C4. Just runnung the program though causes it
to disappear (which is how I deal with most, if not all, errors - since
this is not supposed to be a working program but is instead intended to
show how resizing can be done with outlines. I expect that several
people will come up with better ways of doing this.
