This toolkit does not form part of Digital Precision's Qmaths/Qmaths2. I certainly have not seen it before.
Incidentally although it is stated by Helmut Aigner that Turbo will not work with those of his keywords with array parameters this does not apply to the more recent versions of Turbo.
