Download my compiled version:
http://sinclairql.es/utilidades/uqlx-es-2008.01.tar.bz2

Use:
tar -xjvf uqlx-es-2008.01.tar.bz2

Or any tool like File Roller in Gnome or KDE...

Then move "uqlx" at your home and move the "uqlxrc" file to your home too.

Rename "uqlxrc" to ".uqlxrc"

go to ~/uqlx/bin

and execute ./qm

I use it in my Ubuntu 9.10 and OK

See the "léame.txt" (readme.txt) file inside. (in spanish but you can
translate it easy)
