I specifically wanted one with this spec, including Windoze 7: my first
experience of it, albeit Home Starter, which is adequate for what I
want to do with the little netbook - a mobile QL (QPC) with web access,
email and plenty of storage.
I think it was IJTDirect who did a Windows CE netbook for £80 recently,
though I can't remember if it was 7 or 10 inch screen.
BTW, I bet Tony won't half be pleased we've screwed up his preferred
bottom posting :o)

Your choice sounds very good. As you say it is fit for purpose.
The lowest cost Maplin's notebook is a 7" screen.
They also have the MS Wind, on an offer, which is 10", with Windows 7.
I am getting closer to being tempted by one of these .....
Have you been able to network it ?
