Maybe changing the main QL clock from 15 to 18MHz could sort out the
60Hz problem. However I seem to remember that a small increase to 16
crashed early boards, although it might be OK on systems using a Gold card?
It's anyone's guess how Sinclair managed to get a 10MHz video clock from
15Mhz.
