I know it's a bit like stating the obvious, but have you tried running an Atari ST emulator (such as Gemulator - http://www.emulators.com/gemul8r.htm) on the PC and then using a pdf printer driver?
Calamus has an INBUILT ST Emulator, otherwise it wouldn't work on a PC.
And of course, both Norman and I tried pdf printer driver (but that was explained earlier in the thread somewhere).
