At just under £20, an interesting option to consider, certainly.

Sad though that, as Tobias said, it seems that Jan has no plans to do any further work on the 'new' Qubide.

Back when I still had an Aurora setup I tried an IDE to SATA adaptor in my Qubide but the it failed to recognise it. This was probably down to the firmware in the Qubide but that is another hurdle. since there are cheap 2Gb Compact flash cards and they are, basically IDE anyway. That would seem to be a useful route to take with little recoding to do.
