Clause 8.13 of the QUANTA Constitution says To elect members of the Committee. That is quite sufficient to imply that members can vote for, against or abstain. > Wouldn't it be nice if you could vote against MPs in a national election? In Scotland in some cases you can't even vote for a particular candidate. All you can do is vote for a political party.
