No it's not the same.
1 doesn't have any PSU connector like the one in 21.
That is a Qplane bus with Qubide and Super Gold Card in a mini-tower.
There must be an Aurora hiding behind them as a QL board would be long
enough to be seen.
5, 8 & 17 look like internal RAM expansion, connected through the IC22
socket.
The big chip marked CLA2310 is this ZX8301 graphics chip.
